The knock on the door. The horrifying news – Jack is dead.

 

When Leanore goes to identify her husband at the morgue, she is stunned to discover the body does not belong to Jack. At least not her Jack.

 

Leanore uncovers clues pointing to a truth more staggering than death. Her real husband has slipped through the fabric of reality. Trapped in a parallel universe, he’s calling out.

 

Reality fractures as Leanore chases threads across universes, alternate realities, and whispers in the dark. Something ancient guards the doorway between worlds. And it doesn’t want her to find him. Every journey into another reality brings her closer  to answers. And closer to the entity guarding the doorways.

 

To reunite with the man she thought she had lost forever, Leanore must walk the edge of madness and belief. But in the Shadowlands, the cost of love is far more than she bargained for.
